SIX NINE WARS 52/55
2014/08/24 ARMAGEDDON (vs Golden Bomber) @ Osaka-jou Ongakudou
last show outside of Tokyo of the tour!
(GB setlist and pictures from barks)
open-air concert with lots of rain (so much that people worried about it being cancelled, so much that parts of Osaka were under severe warnings for floods and/or mudslides)
"Today Mr Thunderstorm might come as a guest, but compared to Mr Taifun from that time in Hibiya his fee is cheaper so I’m not worried." (Miya on twitter before the concert)
Setlist Golden Bomber
02 Dance My Generation
11 YMCA (Village People - YMCA was changed to M-U-C-C)
During the MC, Kiryuin: “When I/we received a mail from Tatsurou saying ‘let’s do a taiban!’, I/we was frightened. I/we had no alternative but doing this or die.” … just how scared is everyone of Tatsurou, lol. (‘I/we’ because I don’t remember him specifying if he himself was contacted or the group as a whole)
At the end they all stripped down to underwear, stepped into a kiddy pool, poured a bucket of red color over themselves, spread it over themselves and each other, and put yellow propellers on their heads - yes, they turned into Mukku!
Also, apparently Satochi wanted to do that for a while, but now he won’t because GB did it already. Boo!

03 ENDER ENDER
06 謡声 (Utagoe)

08 ピュアブラック (Pure Black)
09 ファズ (Fuzz)
10 風と太陽 (Kaze to Taiyou) (with partially changed lyrics due to the lack of sun)
11 You & I
13 蘭鋳 (Ranchuu)
14 故に、摩天楼 (Yue ni, matenrou)
Lots of talk about the various present “rain people” (if people think it often rains when you are there, you will be called a rain person - as in, it’s your presence’s fault that it’s raining) during the MC. Apparently their first manager when they had just joined Danger Crue was a strong rain main and he came to this concert! Miya added that he’s MUCC’s super rain man. Also, apparently GB’s manager is a rain woman - and LUNA SEA, a band that is said to call up storms was playing Zepp Namba the same evening. Basically, it was bound to rain on that day. lol
Satochi had made a teruteru-bouzu that was hanging from his drumset and that I heard had an inuchi face. Tatsurou said that it was useless after all, leading Satochi to put out a hand in front of him and go “It cleared up!” Tatsurou: “Isn’t that just because you’re somewhere you don’t get rained on.” Satochi, reaching out with his hand to in front of his drum set: “IT CLEARED UP :D”, all happy about the success of his teruteru-bouzu. (clarification: it was raining at that time but it didn’t reach the drum set at the back of the stage)
During Kaze to Taiyou Tatsurou changed a couple of the lyrics according to the weather. For example, he changed the part about the sun gan-gan-gan blazing down to rain pouring down, and shouted “It’s raining really hard” after the zaa-zaa-zaa part.
I think it was Yukke who said at the end that maybe it was good it rained, this way it will definitely be a memorable concert, appropriate for the last “away” concert of this long tour. Miya mentioned that afterwards on Twitter, too, adding that it was a nice bath, lol.
